6. The Lion Sleeps Tonight – there is a long story behind this infectious pop hit, built on a South African tune by Solomon Linda
7. Crazy Old Town –This song expresses my amazement at how New York City became a safer place to live, after returning from a 40 year trip around the world.
8. Do I Need It? – Yoga ethics says that we should take only as much as we really need
9. Be Kind to Everyone – a song stating yoga’s first ethical principle in a children’s format
10. Crazy Bliss – I was having fun with the solemnity of the spiritual path and chose a far-out title to start off.
11. Mantra Kiirtan 2011 – this is a live recording of the Baba Nam Kevalam at a retreat in Urbana, Illinois in 2011. Sing along with the recording and then sit down to enjoy some inner peace and all pervasive love.
