Dada will explain the basics of mantra meditation, showing how mantra meditation works, and how it helps with stress reduction, improvement of memory and concentration and most importantly how it leads to spiritual awakening and fulfillment. In addition to the explanation, Dada will lead the class in chanting and silent meditation.  As a help to those who wish to continue the practice, useful tips for beginning a home practice will be outlined.

And, finally, Dada will perform a few of his meditation inspired songs.
